At Papillon Gowns, we believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That’s why we offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders! Below, you’ll find all the details on how we ship, handle returns, and process exchanges.

 


Shipping Information:

Free U.S. Shipping

  • All orders ship free within the U.S.! No minimum purchase required.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey via USPS Priority Mail®.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.
  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International®.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days (varies by destination).
  • Duties & Customs Fees: We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or import fees applied to international shipments. These are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping Fees: Unlike U.S. orders, international shipping is not free. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your gown, you can return or exchange it within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • The gown must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Returns & exchanges are only accepted within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns and exchanges.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or charged separately for exchanges.
  • If exchanging for a different size or style, any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at sales@papillongowns.com with your order number and specify whether you want a return or an exchange. If exchanging, let us know the size/style you’d like.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email within 48 hours.
  3. Print the label, securely attach it to the package, and remove any existing shipping labels.
  4. Drop off your package at a USPS drop box, post office, or schedule a free USPS pickup. Please send it out within 48 hours of receiving the label.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Refunds (minus return shipping costs) will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If exchanging, your new gown will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving your return. We’ll email you a new tracking number.
  • Before shipping an exchange, we’ll reach out for payment of the return shipping label, and if applicable, any price difference.
