Do you offer gown rentals, sales, and online orders?

We offer three different ways to shop, depending on the gown. The options available for each gown will be shown directly on that gown's page.

1. Book an Appointment

If you see a Book Now button, that means the gown is available through an in-store appointment at our Lakewood showroom.

During your appointment, our professional staff will help you browse our collection and find the perfect gown. You are not limited to the gown you clicked on online and are welcome to explore other styles available in our showroom.

At your appointment, you may:

• Rent a gown
• Purchase a gown
• Discuss custom gown options
• Receive professional sizing and fitting assistance

All in-store rentals include free alterations and complimentary professional cleaning after the gown is returned. All in-store purchases also include free alterations.

2. Book an Appointment + Purchase Online

If you see both a Book Now button and an Add to Cart or Buy with Shop button, you have two options:

Option A: Book an appointment at our showroom, where you can rent or purchase the gown with professional assistance and free alterations.

Option B: Purchase the gown online with free shipping.

When ordering online, alterations are not included, so please review the size chart carefully before ordering. You also have the option to add a petticoat directly on the gown page when placing your order.

3. Purchase Online Only

If a gown only shows Add to Cart or Buy with Shop and does not have a Book Now button, that gown is available exclusively for online purchase.

These gowns are part of our special online collection. They feature beautiful new designs and excellent quality while offering some of our most affordable pricing. Because these gowns are sold exclusively online, we are able to offer them at lower prices than many of our in-store collections.

These gowns are not available for in-store rental or purchase.

Free shipping is included, and you also have the option to add a petticoat directly on the gown page when placing your order.

Our website features many of our gowns, but not all of them. Our Lakewood showroom carries additional styles that may not yet be listed online.

We are open by appointment only, from Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

What sizes gowns do you carry? Do you offer options for both children and adults?

We offer a wide range of gowns for babies, toddlers, children, and teens. While our primary focus is on these age groups, we do have some options for young adults—many of our teen gowns can be a great fit. Additionally, we offer custom-made gowns for all ages, which is especially ideal for adults since our ready-to-wear adult selection is limited.

Do you do gown rentals or sales?

We provide both rental and sale options, online ordering, and custom-made gowns! Please see question 1 for more details

What color and style gowns do you have?

We have a big selection of every color and many different styles in stock! You could check out some of our styles right here on our website. But we have many more colors and styles available in our showroom.

Do you have matching gowns in different sizes?

Yes, we have matching gowns in all sizes. We also carry similar styles in children and teen gowns to coordinate.

How does it work with alterations and do they cost extra?

For in store purchases and rentals, alterations are free and included in the price! We have seamstresses on site. Once you book the gown, we take your measurements and perform the necessary alterations to have it ready for the wedding date. (Please note we do not offer alterations for online purchases. Please refer to our size chart/guide before making an online purchase.)

How does it work with cleaning the gowns for rentals?

We take care of the cleaning! It's completely free and included in the rental price, so you don’t have to worry about it. Just return the gown, and we’ll handle the rest.

What are the washing instructions for purchased gowns?

For best results, we recommend having the gowns professionally dry cleaned to maintain their quality and elegance.

What can be done if a gown purchased online arrives creased?

Occasionally, gowns may develop creases during shipping. The best way to remove them is by using a garment steamer on a low to medium setting, keeping it a few inches away from the fabric to prevent damage. Gently moving the steamer in downward strokes will help relax the wrinkles. Hanging the gown in a well-ventilated area afterward allows any remaining creases to fall out naturally. If a steamer is not available, taking the gown to a local dry cleaner for professional steaming is a great alternative. Please note: We are not responsible for gowns that become creased during shipping.

Can you design a custom gown for me?

Yes! We specialize in offering custom design gowns. It is a popular choice for many of our customers! Book an appointment at our store where our designers will show you options of fabric and designs you can choose and customize and have it sewn up specially for you and the entire family!

Do you carry accessories?

Yes! We have a wide variety of accessories to match up with your gown like head pieces, jewelry and more!

Do you carry petticoats?

Yes, we do! All of our gowns already include a built-in petticoat, so an additional petticoat is not required. However, if you would like extra volume and a fuller look, we offer additional petticoats for purchase both online and in-store.

For online orders, simply check the "Add Petticoat" checkbox on the gown page for an additional $29, and we will include the correct size petticoat based on the gown size you order.

Please note that this option is only available for long gowns. Petticoats are not applicable to the smaller sizes that are made in the short length.

For in-store customers, additional petticoats are also available. Unlike online orders, petticoats may be rented or purchased separately without purchasing a gown.

Do you carry wide cuts or hard to fit sizes?

Yes, we do! We can also design a custom gown in a hard to fit size.

To book a gown do I need to pay the entire amount upfront?

For online purchases, the entire amount is paid upon placing the order. For in store purchases and rentals, you can just submit a deposit of half the balance to confirm the booking. Once the gown is ready to be picked up, you pay the rest. (Please note: Deposits are non-refundable)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit card and Zelle.

When should I come for a fitting or pick up my gown?

About 1–2 weeks before the wedding. Our team will contact you once the gown is ready. (Please note: Balance must be paid in full before picking up:)

How long do I have after the wedding to drop off rented gown/s?

We ask our customers to please drop them off as soon as possible.

How early should I come before the wedding to book?

The earlier you come the more options will be available.

My wedding is in a few days... And I still didn't find a gown. Can I get a gown by you?

Yes, we can-do last-minute appointments and rush booking to make sure it's ready in time.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We have available discounts for larger or extended families. (Discounts are available in store only.)
